RETURN, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION:

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within 60 days of delivery
A returned and exchanged order may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% to 25% of the purchase price.

We CAN NOT accept returns and exchanges for
– Custom-made or personalized orders
– Items on final sale
– Items in shipment transit
– Used items
– Items without sales receipt
– Items that exceeded the above policy

For approved Returns, the buyer is responsible for
– Item(s) must be brand-new unused and still have all tags, parts
– Must return in its original packing
– Restocking fee
– Return shipping costs, including brokerage fees, any customs, taxes, etc. Please see the details below “Return and Exchange Costs & Fees”

Exchanges must be approved by our customer care team. Please address all exchange inquiries.

Return and Exchange Costs & Fees:
In the event that we approve a return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including brokerage fees, any customs, taxes, etc. and restocking fees. The refund or exchange will not be issued until the return is received and undamaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, including all original packing and parts, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If any of these occur during the return, these fees will be deducted from the refundable portion. Shipping fees are not refundable. For items that offered free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amounts refundable.

Cancellation:
Cancelled orders are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase.
We do not accept cancellation of the following items:
– Custom-made or personalized orders
– Items have been shipped
– A late cancellation fee of 5% to 25% may be applied to an order if cancelled after 24 hours have passed purchase.
– Once the late cancellation fee is deducted the seller will then refund the remaining amount of the purchase price.
