We only take returns because forces us too. We are honest sellers for over 26 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item, so exchanges are never an option. Shipping info: Buyer pays $2.00 packing fee plus shipping cost from 28358. Shipping weight is approx. 2.5 pounds ~ Pick-up is also welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
