Item description
Romola by George Eliot, with illustrations w. tissue guard by Wm. Unger. From The Gentlemens Library series published by Merrill and Baker, NY. , date not given.
Number #229 of 450
Condition: antiquarian, used, preowned. Overall very good, interior clean, w. black boards, gilt decorations to front spine, gilt top stain, rough cut page edges. A few pages mid-way thru w. chip to top edge due to push in from top edge (see pics). A few pages split at gutter but not loose. Small spots of light scrape to very bottom by spine.
