It is to show the panther emblem in its position on the model. THE DECALS ARE PRINTED ON A CONTINUOUS SHEET, SO YOU NEED TO CUT THEM OUT SEPARATELY BEFORE DIPPING IN WATER. SUGGEST YOU APPLY THE LARGER DECALS FIRST, AND ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE APPLYING THE SMALLER ONES. DON'T USE LACQUER TO CLEAR COAT. RECOMMEND ACRYLIC OR ENAMEL BASED CLEAR COATS. Thanks for looking!
