Fine, square, tight and firm in glossy stiff-card wraps with white titles, 'Advance Uncorrected Proofs' slug, and a fedora-topped Bogart portrait photo-illustration to the front cover, black titles to a white spine, and a publicity agent sticker to the book information printed rear cover, that also shows a $35.00 price.
