This month's cover is The GOO GOO DOLLS Return - with an interview with lead vocalist and guitarist John Rzeznik who recently performed on June 5th at The Pearl inside the PALMS Hotel Casino, Las Vegas!
VEGAS ROCKS is deeply and passionately involved with the many great music scenes and behind the scenes that happens only in Las Vegas. The magazine has recently partnered with Gibson Guitars and Pat Genovese and will soon be hosting many important high profile events to come that has the rest of the world anxiously waiting to behold.
The official announcement for the biggest night in Rock N' Roll history in Las Vegas: VEGAS ROCKS! Magazine Awards to take place on August 22nd at The ELVIS SHOWROOM at the Las Vegas HILTON is released on this issue.
This issue is dedicated to the memory of 2 people who passed away: Rock Icon, Ronnie James Dio and 'Angel at the Wheel' Saul Moore
Ronnie James Dio was an American heavy metal vocalist songwriter, Italian by descent. He performed with, amongst others, Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven Hell and his own band, DIO. He died of stomach cancer. One of the last songs he had a chance to record was 'Metal Will Never Die.'
Saul Moore was a passionate supporting partner for VEGAS ROCKS Magazine who worked as a limousine driver here in Las Vegas.
