1921 date printed in Roman numerals to the title page.
Published in the U.S. under the title MORE LIMEHOUSE NIGHTS.
This sequel to LIMEHOUSE NIGHTS is a collection of eighteen stories set in London's Chinatown and on the tough and seedy east side waterfront.
Several of Thomas's stories, with these crime-ridden, well-depicted rough-life settings were adapted to film including two directed by D.W. Griffith, 'Broken Blossoms', and 'Dream Street'.
Foxing to the page edges, tanning to the half-title page and to the verso of the last blank page, rubbing to the upper and lower spine edges, corner tips and spine folds, else very good in tan linen with black embossed titles to the front cover and to the spine; lacking a dust jacket.
