Ceramic Hinged Jar With Lid/ Canister Strawberries Hand Painted Made in Italy. This is a hand painted and stenciled, vintage 2 piece canister set with a strawberry motif, made in Italy circa 1960?s . They are signed Italy and numbered on the bottom of each. Both pieces are in very good to excellent, pre-owned condition. There are no scratches, cracks or chips on either piece. There is no crazing of the glaze. The gaskets have been replaced with new-never used. The smaller canister's hinge mechanism does not allow for a perfect seal. Please see all photos for more details. The larger canister measures about 7 1/2?H x4 1/2? W and the smaller canister measures about 6?H x4 1/4?W.
