This nifty Mid Century Vintage Fluted Pastry Pie Crust Tool is easy to use and makes the fluting on your pie crust nearly perfect. It's made of stainless steel. (It sticks to a magnet.) ?The tool is a 6 3/4" long with a metal rotating head that can be run around the edge of your pie to flute the edges. I believe the disc behind the fluter trims the edge of the crust so it's neat and uniform. It turns along with the fluter. It's in very good condition with almost no signs of use. The yellow handle is plastic and has a hole for hanging. This piece has no brand marking. It does have a "Made in Hong Kong" stamp. I believe it dates to the 60s or 70s.
