Item description
Pre-viewed for quality and it had a couple of quick rolling lines from top to bottom of frame @ 30 minutes in. Had to re-adjust the tracking up ^ at 1 hour 16 minutes for static on the soundtrack. Played great otherwise on my Panasonic vcr.
Box cover has a light sticker lift of the varnish on the upper right that can only be seen when tilted in the light. Cassette is nice and clean and in very good shape. Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being produced.
In L.A. a divorced secret service man (Scalia) teams up with an alien with long blonde hair (Dennis Christopher), who provides some comic releif, to battle bad aliens led by a long haired Carlos Lauchu. Both aliens use sonic shouts a few times and the killer bad ones with hypnotic black eyeballs wear all black clothes and shades. Strangely enough, they use normal guns though.
The movie is overloaded with chases, exploding vehicles, breaking glass, shooting and fireballs, and check out the toy subway cars. Theres's also a (blue tunnel) time and space Stargate (copied from 'Timecop') being built to precipitate an invasion. With Lucinda Weist as a UFO reporter and Clarence Williams III ('Mod Squad' tv series) who says "I'm a God damn general!"
