DEWEY Covered Round Butter Dish
aka FLOWER FLANGE
Color has been described as SUNSHINE YELLOW
Light or Pale Amber or Topaz
Imperial has been documented as naming their yellow as Sunshine Yellow
Excellent Condition
No chips, nicks or repairs
Discontinued approx 1965
Originally introduced by Indiana Tumbler Glass (Greentown) in 1898
Later produced by Imperial Glass
Measures approx 7" Tall x 7" Dia
Threaded upper half of domes with inset lenses with beaded outline. Raised rectangular panels with single floral with 2 leaves, scalloped finial with center lens encircled by leaves
Base has 3 feet, each with a lens center, skirted rim and base is fully threaded with beautiful floral edged rim
Please note this is not vaseline glass and does not glow under UV
