Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipment.

If the package arrives visibly damaged from the outside before opening, please take photos of the package as it arrived prior to opening it to inspect its contents. Then please open the package and take photos of the item you ordered. If the item is not damaged, you may choose to keep the item and instead just file a complaint to the shipper about their handling of the package.
