This is a portable program transfer device that transfers CNC machine programs from a standard USB flash drive (Thumb Drive, Pen Drive, memory stick...) to or from the CNC control through the RS232 communication port, also referred to as Drip feed DNC or Up -Loading and Down-Loading. File name extension supports: *.? NC, * .TXT, *. NC, * touch
· 04 x Magnetic Nuts to mount on the CNC machine
· 06 Buttons: RESET, FUNCTION, BACK, SET, UP, DOWN
· Function: COPY-PASTE, CUT-PASTE, RENAME, DELETE, Make NEW FOLDER: easy management of files and folders on USB stick and internal memory.
· AUTO CUT function: can cut by percentage or line number. We can see the contents of the program after the cut.
· SEND function - Send the program to the CNC machine, monitoring the program contents while sending
FORCED SEND function - Forced transfer of a program to CNC machines without the signal required by CNC machines (Skip XON)
· RECEIVE function - Receive program/parameter from CNC machine.
· USB/MEMORY capacity monitoring; Format the USB flash drive, etc.
