Vintage Coro Amethyst Crown Brooch / Eyeglass Holder
CORO was founded in 1901 by Cohn and Rosenberger and grew into an international Jewelers maker known for workmanship and outstanding finish quality.
In the 1970?s it was acquired by the Oscar de la Renta group.
This crown topped with circular bottom is adorned by 5 central rectangular cut sparkling faceted faux amethysts .
These surround a 5 carat superb faux white diamond. The remainder of the brooch is encrusted by beautiful rose faux diamonds.
The Crown has four spikes of rose diamonds terminated by four amethysts.
On the reverse is the script ?CORO? logo below the pin.
The piece shows no signs of wear. The circular bottom is large enough to hang your Channel, Gucci, Versace readers on that special night out at the theater or elegant dinner venue. (Maybe even air pods)
