Elastic smocked back waist with strap that buttons on either side front. Ruched pleat skirt. Side seam hand pockets. Contoured breast area. Dry clean, wool blend. Lining is non-stretch polytaffeta. This is custom sized - I am estimating the size to be a women's Small (please see measurements for accurate fit as these dresses are custom made). Nice durable quality.
