In addition, it acts against vaginal infections caused by gram-positive microbes (especially streptococci, staphylococci and Gardnerella vaginalis) and gram-negative microbes (Bacteroides). It is used for the following symptoms of candidiasis: vaginal discharge caused by infection (whitish, lumpy, odorless), vaginitis caused by pathogenic fungi or yeast (manifested by itching, burning, redness, swelling and pain in the vagina). On the doctor's recommendation, the medicine is also used to heal the birth canals in the last 4-6 weeks of pregnancy. Dosage and dosing schedules Adults and children from 12 years: 1 tablet every evening for 6 consecutive days. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated.
