First edition, first printing.
1925 date printed in Roman numerals to the title page.

Former owner's 1925 dated inscription to the front end-paper, spine titles tarnished, light rubbing to the corner tips and to the upper and lower spine edges, spine slightly darkened, else very good in a green linen with gilt embossed titles and borders to the front cover and to the spine; no dust jacket.
