IT IS NEW WITH LACOSTE TAG IN NECK; IT HAD A COUPLE TINY SPOTS THAT LOOKED LIKE IT GOT CAUGHT ON SOMETHING. IT HAS BEEN MENDED WITH VERY TINY, FINE STITCHING AND WOULD NOT SHOW WHEN WEARING. THE PHOTO SHOWS A CLOSE-UP (WAY BLOWN UP) OF THE LARGER ONE AND IT IS ON THE SKIRT WHERE THE FOLDS MAKE IT SO IT WOULD NEVER SHOW.
