Item description
This is a vintage, Mid Century Ayres by E. Eysen formal evening gown or maxi dress in mauve pink, size 10. This dress belonged to my mother who purchased it in 1979 for my brother's wedding. It was only worn on one occasion and has been in a closet since that time. The vintage gown is floor length. I am unsure about the material composition, but its seems to be a synthetic blend. It works as both vintage formal attire or retro maxi dress. The only issue with the dress is that my Mother pinned the neckline to make it more conservative. The pin left a tiny pin prick. (See photos) Otherwise, its in great shape for a 40 plus year old dress.
