This is a new never used ruler. It comes in a protective sleeve. It is new old stock. It is professional quality. Made by W G in Australia. It is plastic coated wood. Model # WG/ S92212 The measurements are graduations 1:1 metric and 1:2 metric size. It is fully and accurately engraved. The back has no markings. Please see photos. All the rulers I have are clean not dusty or anything. But when you do need to clean it use soap and water no solvent. Some of the rulers specify this which is why I am mentioning it.
