Packing All our books and magazines are stored and sealed in plastic bags. They are sent in padded mail lite bags or hardback envelopes. Posters are sent in a tube, inside an envelope. Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent through a trackable service. Delivery All items are despatched from our UK warehouses. We use respected couriers only - Royal Mail UK Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs of confirmed payment. Larger more expensive items will be sent through a trackable service. All orders will be dispatched to the address held only. How long will it take to get my item? Please check the listing for the method of dispatch. For Royal Mail, this can take up to 7 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. For Royal Mail tracked, this can take up to 3 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. If your item was dispatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take up to 15 days after notification to us.
