Item description
This is a Tipp City USA salt and pepper shaker, with metal caps that are Beehive-style, meaning this was early production from Tipp. The graphics are nearly 100% on each shaker, on all 4 sides! Virtually no paint loss from use.
The beehive caps show wear and dents, but NO rust. They remove easily. They were painted a shade of green. probably in the 1960-70's, but could easily be repainted if desired. I am unaware of any factory color from Tipp that was green, so you can decide.
