Description Soft lightweight Gauzey 100% Cotton Ruffled Summer Shirt Top by Wet Seal Size Medium (M) Cute little summer top has thin flat adjustable spaghetti straps, and is beautiful aqua or seafoam blue green in color. Two layers of ruffles at the bottom are made of the same soft thin cotton fabric as the body of the shirt. Pretty foral embroidery at the center of the bust/bra area in front. There is tunneled elastic around the back at the top. This is labeled size M, meant to be loose fitting and comfy, and would fit up to about 36 inches around at the bust. It was too big on mannequin in photos as you can see by the back view. See measurements below to insure proper fit. Condition: Previously owned, but very lightly and gently worn.
