Young Engineers in Mexico by H. Irving and 50 similar items

Author Hancock did a series of hese Young Engineers Books, and this one was the fourth. They were published by Henry Altemus Co of Philadelphia PA. I have no idea how politically correct these older books are but it was reading for young boys in its day. It does not smell musty. The condition I believe I have covered in the photography. It has no dust jacket and I don't know if it was published with a dust jacket. It measures about 7 1/4 x 5 inches and has 247 numbered pages. Someone glued a scrap of paper on page 247 telling the reader which book to read next--Young Engineers on the Gulf. Someone also glued a 4 on the binding. Obviously wherever this was before we became the owner was a stickler for reading them in order. There is a bookplate inside the front cover and also there is glued a piece of paper listing all of the Engineer Series Books in order. We must collect 6% Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax at checkout.
