Helps with knee support and pain. Great value. A real help for me. its only been a few days, so I cannot give 5. BUT I was foolishly running down hill on pavement (concrete) and really did a job on my knee It was hurting for almost 3 weeks before I even decided to get a compression type sleeve. On a scale of 1-10, it was a constant 6-7. Since I have been using the sleeve, and only in the day, while at work, I feel I am at a 1-2.This is definitely worth it.Comfortable. I probably could have went down 1 size for more snugness, but L/XL isn't too big.
