One factory sealed new leash. Very well made lighted leash (photo shows white glare from camera flash). The light (a chemical pouch activated by tiny battery) is sewn into a strong soft nylon leash. The thick clear plastic chemical pouch is a part of the leash and looks like it belongs in the leash for color. Then, turn on the soft light. The leash seems to glow. Switch allows for flashing or steady - on or off. The light is a VERY SOFT GLOW - not a blinding light to see with. The leash has a comfortable wide loop handle (wrist loop) at one end; and a dog collar snap hook at the other end.
