Lot of mliitary shoulder patches. I think they are all Canadian except for the one with the wreath and dagger, which I believe is British. There is a very old and tattered Ardvaad RCAF patch, a number of chevrons from different eras, a few epaulets and the crown and wreath patch. Some are WW2, others are probably newer.
