Light green pictorial cloth with titles and illustrated cover in dark green; in the original dust jacket featuring a color photo-still from the film.
Minor edge wear, else a near fine copy; in a very good, age-toned dust jacket missing a small chip from the upper spine, tiny slender chips to the the lower spine, and nicks to the extremities.
Special Photoplay Edition: Illustrated with scenes from the Metro Motion Picture production directed by Clarence D. Badger; adapted by Bernard McConville from the original novel first published in 1902.
Three stills feature Lon Chaney as Obadiah Strout (the villain).
Scarce in the original dust jacket.
