Set in ancient Egypt, it is a tale of grand passions, deadly fevers, vile plots, and hair's breath rescues in which characters from her previous books appear.
Nearly fine in terra-cotta linen with gilt embossed illustration of a boat to the front cover and with gilt embossed titles to the spine; in a price-clipped very good dust jacket that shows heavy rubbing to the front flap fold and to the spine folds, and with edge tears and attendant creases.
A nicely presentable vintage collectible.
