How do we go about creating a newsletter for our webstore?

I have 2 webstores open..and I am starting to get subscribers but I do not have a newsletter yet. How do we go about doing that? Does anyone have a link to a site to create one..and how do we go about linking it to the webstore for the subscrib...

I think i am now totally lost on this site.

First off I was told it was free and didn't cost a penny unless you sold something. Then find myself "signed up" for $40 a month fees, BUT I get the first month free. Second I listed prices only to see them changed to prices I never agreed to....
