There are now 499 sellable items in your booth. 498 items are online currently. 1 item is ready for sale. What in the world does that mean? Do I have only 1 item for sale?

How do i cancel an order?

Item was damaged prior to shipping and I had to cancel the order. I emailed the buyer right away and issued the refund through paypal. Bonanza refunded my charges as well. The item is still showing unshipped. What do I do to mark it cancelled?

How do i get a refund for an unused (erroneous) shipping label?
