Where is the notification sound when someone is using live chat?

I was told there was one but mine does not work, so I had to turn off my chat. I would prefer it on but don't want to keep checking every few minutes when I am working to see if someone is there. Can this be fixed?

Why is only the first webstore item photo showing up to buyers?? clicking on the additional photos does not work-- only a progress bar shows up but photos never load.

Webstore seems to function fine except that photos (other than the first) do not load when a buyer clicks on them. The progress bar appears but it locks up for hours and never loads. Are other people having this same bug in their webstore?? My boo...
