I am uploading square images to the background burner but it is changing them to rectangular (portrait orientation). how can i fix it?

I am uploading images to the background burner to get bright, white images but it is changing the image aspect ratio by making them vertical. How can I prevent the background burner from doing so?

Discounted price is showing same as original price

When I choose an Item for discount, the process goes through but the new discounted price does not reflect the lower percentage change but reflects the original price also. Is anyone else having this problem....?

Can i raise my prices across all my items at once by a percentage?
