Is anyone doing a hpl having a problem getting it listed?

For weeks now I have been doing my HPLs and not having them listed. It seems like the only way I can get them listed is if I contact the help people. I thought if I deleted cookies that would help, but NO. Thanks for your help. Rustyreds
