Are there limits to hown many custom categories a booth can have?

I keep having sporadic problems with adding a new category to my booth. As in - Bonanza won't let me. When at the edit Categories page, I click on "Add a new category". Type in the new name. The radio buttons are greyed out (Yes / No) so it's not ...

When i try to purchase an item the system forces me into amazon pay. i do not want to use that method. i want to use paypal..help!!!

I've been a silver seller with over 98 items for over 35 days with not 1 sale.
