- Customer was given notification when the parcel was shipped, plus was provided with the tracking # and web addresses to view. A screen shot can confirm and verify this here: http://bayimg.com/HahHNAADl - In addition, the customer was shipped the correct colors and we were never ever notified by the customer that something was amiss with their order. Because, if customer would have, we would of corrected the error which we always do. We are saddened by recent negative feedbacks left us, since we feel they are unfair and are possibly indicative of a campaign to smear us with negative feedbacks. We could do likewise and have people leave us positive feedbacks, but we don't play the feedback game.
