Christmas Vacation Griswold White Jersey Med EXPRESS SHIP | 12/22/10 |
Buyer response:
Oh my Giod, what liars they are!!! 34 messages??? Are you crazy?!?! I did give them my phone number within a few days of ordering. It was not something that was requested at te sale so I completed my transaction with the thought of completion. Days later, I received an email asking for my number. I updated it, right where it was indicated to do so. But apparently I needed to email the seller directly, which I did immediately. I requested the tracking number for this shipment. The seller responded saying that it was listed next to the item bought in my queue. Not true and besides, it hadn't even shipped yet!!! I told them there was NO tracking number and to please send it to me. I got no response. Sake for it over te next several days... not 34 times though!!!! I was finally sent the tracking number from Bonanza, not the seller. I had to have the package re-routed to be held at DHL because my office was closed by the time the package had actually shipped out. The exact sale price of the jersey was $69.95 and the exact shipping price was $34.95. I'm looking at my receipt as I type this. Do not order from this seller, they are full of crap! And by the way, the jersey looks like somethin my grandmother made for me when I was a kid!!! Soooooo not worth what I paid. |
Always there is two sides to a story. We have answered all the questions this buyer sent to us all 34 of them. The shipping and tracking information was and is posted on the sale. The jersey ships from our offices in Asia, because of TSA and homeland security rules all package must be cleared before shipping. The buyer delayed the package while we waited for a phone number at the ship to address, the place of business was closed during the normal business day when DHL tried to deliver, this is what delayed the package. But even with these delays it was still delivered before Christmas. Also the buyer did not pay a extra $35 dollars for shipping, they paid $20.00 more for DHL Worldwide Express vs. standard shipping. This is another example of a buyer unreasonable expectations, wanting overnight delivery on a package from halfway around the world. No one can do that in todays market.
