Our offices are in Asia, we shipped this order within 24 hours of payment. The listing states a handling time of 3 days and a shipping transit estimate of 14 to 21 days. The buyer had the option of using DHL which is 3 to 5 days and didn't want to pay for it. Everyone knows that packages can be delayed around Christmas time, and with the winter weather this year some delays did happen. This package was delivered on the 28 th of December. It is not reasonable to except a package from half way around the world to be delivered in less than two weeks at Christmas time. We try our best but we cannot control outside factors like; customs, weather, homeland security, etc.
