Rather than allowing you to continue to wait any longer on an item that had issues in delivery, I decided to send you full refund. Putting myself in your place as the buyer, I couldn't see inconveniencing you any longer. I have sold several of these items lately and if you would like to reorder, please try again. I will make sure that you will have a positive shopping experience. This particular negative transaction was not the norm.
