Sorry you think the card is defected.. Could you tell me what the problem is.... I have never had a problem with them before...... I have just looked at my records and see that you ordered the card a time ago.... Please make sure that your card is capatible..... I just checked our records and see that you have had your card for a month now... if you had a problem with it sooner . We would have refunded through the shipper... Wish you would have contacted us sooner... Or responded to the email sent on 2/9/15 asking you to confirm that you received package and that it was in full working condition.....
