Hi, why would you leave me negative feedback without talking to me first..The bag you received is gorgeous, new and I don't see what the problem could possibly be..I have a 24 hour ship and you received in a couple of days..I am hoping this is in error and you just hit the wrong button..If not, I would love to hear from you and see what could have gone wrong..If you did not like the travel tote I would have taken it back for a refund if you did not take off the tags..Please get back to me, I would love to know..Sharon
