Wow that's an awful accusation and simply untrue. Product, plus shipping is reasonable and in-line with retail stores. Buyer wanted product Free. Buyer purchased, changed mind and refused to return product for Full Refund. Customer satisfaciton is very important as our feedback score reflects. I am not sure what could have been done to satisfy this remorseful customer and am sorry they are so unhappy..
