I am a lawyer. It cost me $399.99 to make myself whole from your breach of contract (i.e. that's what it cost me to get the purse elsewhere). You owe me $399.99 and still haven't even refunded the $378.95 I paid you. If I buy something then decide I don't have the money, I can't just cancel, yet if you sell something and decide you don't have the product, you think you can just cancel. Not fair. If I knew where you lived I would sue you but Bonanza.com refuses to release contact info so you are free to breach contracts all you want. |

This buyer claimed to be lawyer and threaten to extort our company for a cancelled purchase they made asked to have an item shipped that they did not buy and wanted a refund for more money then they paid. We are not sure what type of lawyer would display this type of behavior as online venues do not take these types of threats lightly. A full refund for the amount paid will only be issue.
