Seller response: This buyer was told the item was out of stock and was offered a refund which they refused. They choose to wait until the item restocked with a consistant offer of a refund. They chose to wait for this item and the price remained the same. They should not be upset with us as they chose to pay the price listed and to wait until the item restocked could have been refunded at anytime.
