The watch was purchased from the manufacturer and it was fully functioning when it was sent to you. If the watch had an issue, why didn't you ever contact us to return the watch? We have a 30 day return policy for a full refund. As I previously told you, you did not pay retail price for this watch. You purchased at a discount which is why it does not have a manufacturers warranty, instead it has a warranty with us. In order to have a manufacturers warranty you have to pay retail price from an authorized dealer, like I stated earlier.
