1 star user feedback I bought five chargers for Christmas gifts, so far I received feedback from four of the recipients and non of them are working. One of the items contained a note inside stating that the item did not work. Seller response: These were all tested prior to shipment and all were working. The note she refers to is likely not from that item since we are green and do recycle boxes whenever possible. I have offered to exchange or refund any non working units and have tried at length to help. It is very likely that the selector switch is in the incorrect position to be charged and I have tried to help with this. Customer has not returned any of them to date and she has had them for nearly a month. I have sold 14 of this item last month and every other one shipped to a customer was fine.
