We can surely understand how frustrating it is to purchase an item & end up not receiving it. A claim could be filed with the post office, but as it states, Status Delivered November 12, 2017 at 1:32 pm DELIVERED, FRONT DOOR/PORCH it would have to be initiated by you. Paypal guarantees the delivery for you as well, but if it was left at the doorstep and taken, unfortunately it is truly beyond our control. Again, we are really sorry to hear what happened with your item, but we are unsure what we could have done further to assist you.
