Seller response: I responded to you and then you sent the second message, so why lie in feedback? Also, your second message stated that you had sent me several pictures proving the issue with the item, however, you did not provide a single image of what you received. You then opened a claim with Paypal, wh won't cover you because the item is custom and made to order. However, you folled them into thinking the item never shipped. However, tracking shows it delivered. I find it hard to believe anyone could lie this much to get something for free from a small family business. Good thing Paypal protects me, but now Paypal is out of their money due to this buyer's lies.
