Seller response: Im sorry you felt like I didn't offer you great service. To be fair you placed and order and in 15 minutes canceled the order. In those 15 minutes I placed your order with my supplier. Since it was the weekend I can't contact them to cancel the order. You were also very impatient when I explained to you the process we would have to take to get your money back. Im sorry but you shouldn't place orders and cancel them in 15 minutes if you weren't serious about purchasing an item.
