This buyer needed an exchange. Instead of simply sending the item back and allowing me to credit her account for the shipping cost this buyer wanted to have an empty box with a printed return label mailed to her. That's not possible within paypal's system. Very unreasonable and not standard for a normal return from a bonanza seller.
